Friendly staff.
The elevator was far from my room and one person was in a wheelchair.

Clean, comfortable. Pillows flat.

There was a fully equipped kitchen for someone who is staying more than a few hours in the room this would have been beneficial.
This should be a low star rated hotel, providing nothing more than a bed, table, and bathroom for one or two people who require very little space.

I needed a place to crash for one night for a school related event. The room was small and did not have typical hotel items in the room. I'm not sure this is typical of an extended stay or not. There was no clothes iron, no blow dryer and only a wire shelf as a closet with no hangers. I don't even remember soaps or shampoos, but I could be wrong. I walked down to the office to get an iron, was asked if I wanted the ironing board too, but they only had a full size one which would have been difficult to carry along with an iron all the way back to my room. ...read more

Really nothing.
Room size much too small and it contained only one double bed, not even a queen size. Air conditioner was very noisy.

Good neighborhood.
Dingy run-down room.

From the outside it looked good. Landscaped, etc. When we walked in the door our jaws dropped. I wouldn't call it dirty (though that is how my husband described it). I would call it dingy, run-down.

Price.
Cleanliness, quality of furnishings, poor mattress, lack of secure feeling/.

There was urine on the toilet seat, hair in the sink. Those are two things that are very fundamental to me about cleaning a room.
It was rather disgusting. If it had not been so late when I arrived I would have refused to stay and demanded my money back! ...read more
